QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (REQUIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERS)
- Should be a Turkish Speaker
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong global sales and customer service skills
- More than 5 years of Experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Manage a global sales team.
- Negotiate contracts with international clients.
- Analyse market trends and sales data to inform sales plans.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English languages (Multilingual is a plus)
- Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and booking platforms
- Develop and implement international sales strategies.
