QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (REQUIRED PERSONAL CHARACTERS)

• Should be a Turkish Speaker
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong global sales and customer service skills
• More than 5 years of Experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Manage a global sales team.
• Negotiate contracts with international clients.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to inform sales plans.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English languages (Multilingual is a plus)
• Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and booking platforms
• Develop and implement international sales strategies.
