ABOUT THE ROLE:

JCB Attachments is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic Global Sales Manager to lead and shape the future of our global sales operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for setting, developing, and driving the strategic direction of our sales team, with a clear focus on delivering consistent year-on-year revenue growth aligned with our ambitious 5-Year Plan.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE DAY TO DAY?

You’ll be managing the Global Attachments Sales team, working closely with them, as well as with dealers and sales teams across the globe. Your goal will be to deliver the annual sales and profit forecast for JCB Attachments through the development and implementation of structured aftermarket sales and marketing plans.

  • You’ll be identifying development needs across all aspects of dealer operations by analysing their attachments management structure. This includes enhancing their commercial performance through improvements in skill levels and training, stock management, aftermarket marketing, product range, and the use of both their own and JCB systems.
  • You’ll be exploring new product opportunities and providing feedback to the Product Department to support future growth.
  • You’ll be representing customer interests within JCB by visiting dealers and customers to understand their core values, assess satisfaction, and evaluate performance across all areas of the JCB Attachments business.
  • You’ll be monitoring competitor activity and reviewing lost sales data with dealers to determine appropriate actions to address issues.
  • You’ll be collaborating with the wider Attachments team to ensure accurate sales data, improve forecast accuracy, and maximise every sales opportunity.
  • You’ll be conducting regular reviews with Aftermarket or Service & Parts Directors and Dealer Principals.
