Global Sales Manager Location: Yehud (relocation to Modi’in during 2026) Magal Solutions is a leading global integrator of large-scale, turnkey projects, providing security, safety, and operational efficiency solutions for some of the world’s most critical and strategic assets. With a strong presence in the Homeland Security (HLS) sector, we design and implement advanced technology solutions worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on Global Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage end-to-end sales activities in global markets. The role focuses on execution, customer engagement, and opportunity management, while working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities Manage full sales cycle processes, from opportunity identification to deal closure Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets Lead and support complex sales processes, including bids, proposals, and negotiations Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align solutions with customer needs Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business growth Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2G/B2B sales – mandatory Experience in defense or homeland security sector -related companies – mandatory Proven experience in selling complex technological systems and projects Experience working with international customers and managing long sales cycles Experience in tenders, bids, and negotiations – advantage Deep understanding of global markets, particularly in Asia\Africa\Eastern Europe\Latin America. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Native-level English – Mandatory (additional languages – advantage) Willingness to travel internationally
