Your next opportunity?
Global Sales & Operations Planning Manager (S&OP) drives the process for Sales and Operational Planning that entails sales forecasting based on data driven trends, customer project pipeline, realistic capacity utilization levels, capacity build-up projects, efficiency programs and material supply globally.
The role is to harmonize and simplify our ways of working to visualize our current and future value streams and their order, book incoming customer projects and analyze availability for additional growth. You will develop and implement processes, and leverage and develop existing tools for data driven decision. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Managers from all regions, Master Planners, Supply Chain Managers in the factories to ensure implementation of the plans and proactive communication from the factories about our current and future delivery capabilities.
You will also develop and implement an Inventory Management Handbook to professionalize the processes for inventory management (ABC value, XYZ variation) and ABC velocity for optimized warehousing to reduce working capital and improve our service level to customers.
The workplace is located at the Nordic sales office in Uppsala, Sweden, or the headquarter office in Mariehamn, Åland.
You
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have at least 5 years of work experience in data driven Sales & Operation Planning and are skilled in the tools used in the profession. We believe that you have some experience in supply chain management and understand the value chain, the executional part included.
You are a good communicator and have experience from working internationally.
If you also understand Capex intensive manufacturing environments and the importance of Project Management and execution, this might be the position for you.
You are good at strategic thinking and have good skills in data modelling, data processing and analytics. You are strong in simplifying complex global processes and have experience in senior management level presentations and influence. This position requires good communication skills in English and Swedish.
