1. Title : Global Sales PM (Project Manager) 2. Reports To : Director of Project Management 3. Department : Global Sales 4. Responsibility Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading customer projects from concept through commercial launch by serving as the primary liaison between customers and Englewood Lab's cross-functional teams. This position ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. The role partners closely with Business Development, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Production to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and support successful product launches. The Project Manager also builds strong customer relationships through proactive communication, outstanding customer service, and effective project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced beauty manufacturing environment. This position requires strong ownership, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. 5. Primary Responsibilities 1) Project Management Lead assigned projects from concept through commercial launch while ensuring project milestones and customer requirements are achieved. Develop, maintain, and execute project timelines while proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation, customer records, project trackers, and order status. Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure customer requirements align with internal capabilities and business priorities. Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes. 2) Customer Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. Schedule and lead customer meetings while documenting meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities. Coordinate sample submissions, quotations, regulatory requests, timelines, and other customer project activities. Support successful product launches while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 3) Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Business Development, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Purchasing, and Production to ensure successful project execution. Participate in Gate Review meetings and coordinate cross-functional communication. Support production line trials, manufacturing activities, and customer visits as needed. Assist with customer complaint investigations by coordinating with customers and the Quality team. Escalate project risks appropriately while providing practical recommendations and solutions. 4) Business Support Initiate Product Development Requests (PDRs) by gathering product requirements, specifications, target costs, launch timelines, and packaging information. Coordinate quotation requests, review pricing accuracy, and communicate approved quotations to customers. Ensure approved pricing is accurately transferred to the BOM/PO Coordinator. Monitor customer accounts and identify potential risks and business opportunities. Support Business Development by identifying opportunities for account growth. Perform other duties as assigned. 6. Qualifications 1) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). 2) Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in the beauty, personal care, cosmetics, contract manufacturing (OEM/ODM), pharmaceutical, or other manufacturing industries. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate in Korean and/or Chinese is preferred but not required. 7. Compensation & Benefits 1) Compensation : Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year The salary range above reflects the anticipated base pay for this position.
