YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in tender management, pricing, or excellence management would be beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint skills).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Excellent networking and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Tender Management Expert, you will manage tenders for Global Accounts, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with customer requirements. Working closely with Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders, you will help secure new business and strengthen relationships. Your role includes supporting the full tender process, from RFI responses to post-mortem analysis, maintaining rate cards, preparing business reviews, and facilitating handovers. With strong commercial acumen and collaboration skills, you will drive sales excellence and customer success in a dynamic environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the tender management process, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements.
  • Analyze tender requirements, define strategy, and coordinate with pricing teams.
  • Prepare tender responses, including the creation of value propositions.
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis of tenders in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
  • Facilitate commercial handovers to implementation teams.
  • Coordinate rate card maintenance and liaise with pricing teams.
  • Prepare materials and coordinate business reviews.
  • Maintain customer setup and data accuracy.
