Build and sustain client relationships, understanding needs for tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and coordination. Collaborate with clients to plan meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring flawless execution. Liaise with hotel departments for seamless event experiences. Prepare and negotiate contracts, aligning with hotel policies and legal requirements. Stay current on market trends, adjusting sales strategies for a competitive edge. Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership. Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and promptly addressing concerns. Assist in preparing and managing the department's budget, optimizing resource allocation. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, handling multiple events simultaneously. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and departments. Proficient in analyzing market data and trends to inform sales strategies. Familiarity with sales software and systems. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing client concerns and issues. Understanding of meetings and events industry standards and practices.
