About the Role We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to optimize and protect the integrity of Talent data globally within Dentons. This role combines analytical acumen, technical skill, and Talent systems knowledge to support SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on data compliance, quality, usability, and advanced reporting. Key Responsibilities Design and execute data quality audits within SAP SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and champion best practices. Develop, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting and other tools. Monitor integration outputs, identify data-related issues, and ensure seamless data flow between platforms. Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and reports. Conduct trend analyses and provide insights to inform global Talent strategies. Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums with regional reporting teams and support go-live transitions. Recommend improvements to data lifecycle and archiving policies, leveraging automation for compliance. 3+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Deep expertise in data analysis within SAP SuccessFactors, including Story Reporting, SQL, and Excel proficiency. Familiarity with data integration processes, APIs, and cloud technologies like MS Azure or Data Factory. Strong understanding of HR data privacy legislation and compliance (e.g., GDPR). Excellent English communication skills, able to translate data insights for non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with keen attention to detail, able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ONB, REC, LMS, or PMGM is a plus.
