GLOBAL SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SOLUTION CONSULTANT / ANALYST:

On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Global SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant / Analyst for a 12 month contract role. This position is a remote position located in Toronto, ON, Canada.

GLOBAL SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SOLUTION CONSULTANT / ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves facilitating the global rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new Deloitte Global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). The consultant will engage with key stakeholders worldwide to support engagement activities, localization workshops, and the adoption of SuccessFactors, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions.

GLOBAL SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SOLUTION CONSULTANT / ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong communication, technical, and remote collaboration skills
  • Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and leadership skills
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations
  • Strong relationship building and consulting skills
  • Knowledge of SAFe methodology

GLOBAL SAP SUCCESSFACTORS SOLUTION CONSULTANT / ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with SharePoint and automated QA tools
  • CMST, CMSQ, CBAP, or CCBA certifications
  • Experience working with SAFe development processes
  • SAFe Scrum master certification
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discussions with global Deloitte offices for engagement and adoption of SuccessFactors
  • Demonstrate best practices and deep knowledge of HR processes with technology
  • Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements
  • Participate with client-facing and technical delivery teams for business solution implementation
  • Provide recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology
  • Manage escalations, project metrics, and status reporting
  • Resolve conflicts between requirements and system limitations
