Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Systems + Process Manager in the Global Technology team manager.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related role.
- Experience in forwarding/logistics or related industries e.g. consumer essential.
- Proficiency in supply chain and order management processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies and a deep understanding of business processes and IT.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT products and solutions in order management, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery and operation of applications for business users. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT and business processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Order Management IT products and solutions, from ideation to retirement.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of IT solutions that meet business requirements.
- Deliver 2nd level user support, service requests and incident manage
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Track and report on the performance of IT products and solutions, ensuring they meet established KPIs and SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and operations.
