Responsibilities

We’re looking for a commercially minded, analytically sharp SEM & Display Manager who wants to go beyond “managing campaigns” and take real ownership of a core revenue channel across 20+ global markets. You’ll manage and grow our global SEM & Display ecosystem (Google, Facebook etc), scale Revenue performance to targeted ROI, and bring smart ideas to life fast — with full visibility and direct access to the founding team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management and strategic scaling of our SEM/Display channel across 20+ global markets”
  • Identify, test, and optimize new SEM/Display opportunities to unlock growth and ROI
  • Launch and manage disciplined A/B tests to evaluate new creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with content, design, and sales teams to maximise the impact of campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with ad platform reps, for updates and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior SEM team
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and action plans — no fluff reporting
  • Stay ahead of the curve on ad tech, attribution, and best practices in multi-market performance marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns (especially Google, Facebook etc)
