In this role, you will: Negotiate with key suppliers defining the appropriate conditions for maximizing value creation for the Group Lead and support commodity-related initiatives at regional/local level, in cooperation with the relevant internal stakeholders (GCL, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Quality, etc.) You will also: Ensure design and execution of the sourcing strategies and sourcing events in cooperation and alignment with, where appointed, Global Commodity Leaders, local purchasing teams and the other key internal stakeholders Negotiate contracts and any other agreements with suppliers that are functional to the sourcing strategy in place Govern the supply base and suppliers’ performance (including service level, quality, risk and compliance monitoring), ensuring the appropriate supplier selection, qualification, development and overall supplier management practices are in place. Responsibilities

The Global Senior Buyer will negotiate with key suppliers to maximize value creation and lead commodity-related initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders. They will also ensure the execution of sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance.
