You will help shape an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR leader to make a significant impact on the employee experience and contribute to the success of our organization.
You will work closely with members of our Executive Leadership team, shaping the people foundation essential for Palsgaard’s continued success. Your insights will drive strategic people initiatives globally, supporting our ambition to scale while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will be part of the Global People & Culture team and work closely with local HR team members on projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business stakeholders across teams and regions.
  • Become an integral part of Senior Leadership teams, driving the Global People & Culture agenda and advising on business initiatives, best practices, and change management.
  • Co-lead global initiatives in employee engagement, career development, succession planning, performance assessments, compensation, recruiting, and retention.
  • Contribute to the transformation of People & Culture by providing a global perspective to foster an inclusive work environment that promotes high performance.
  • Lead large-scale organizational development projects with a global reach and provide guidance on organizational restructuring and implementation.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and collaborate with leaders on performance management.
  • Advise on local and regional HR policies, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
