Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for implementing marketing initiatives and collaborating with the global Biointron marketing team and regional business development teams to support company objectives. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Execute B2B SEO strategies to increase search visibility and drive high-quality traffic to Biointron.com Integrate traditional SEO best practices with emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven search techniques Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and ranking Conduct multilingual keyword research and trend analysis using leading SEO tools Analyze competitor performance to identify strategic gaps and inform keyword and content direction Work closely with marketing content creator to refine and optimize web content for search intent and audience relevance Collaborate with regional demand generation teams to localize and implement SEO strategies in key USA and European markets Manage and analyze Google Ads performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness Monitor organic performance and deliver actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, structured content, and internal linking Work closely with web developers on technical SEO improvements such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema implementation Stay up-to-date with search engine updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies Create and update marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including tracking of campaign results and leads Attend and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our products and services with potential clients Other tasks as needed Qualifications: Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, science, or biology 2+ years of marketing experience in life-science-related services (protein/antibody field preferred) 2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of delivering measurable organic growth Strong editing and proofreading skills aligned with Google quality standards Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving SEO best practices Proficiency with SEO tools, including SEMrush (Enterprise experience preferred), Ahrefs, and Google Search Console Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines Familiarity with the B2B biotech industry or related scientific markets is a strong plus Clear and confident communicator capable of translating complex SEO insights into actionable recommendations Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic Ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, and emerging AI/GEO search optimization Ability to conduct technical SEO audits, multilingual keyword research, and competitor analysis Skilled in content optimization, editing, and aligning content with search intent Familiarity with life science and biotech terminology, especially protein/antibody-related fields Ability to localize SEO strategies for different regions Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an environment with variable noise levels (conferences, seminars, expos, etc.) Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods Flexible work from home options available.
