Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Energy business area you will be part of the Energy leadership team and drive a profitable growth agenda with highly competent colleagues within the energy space. You will work in an international environment within a matrix structure of local and global stakeholders located in multiple countries. With Artificial Intelligence and electrification of industries and transport driving a strong market outlook, our ambition is that you develop the current 200+ experts to 500+ in the short or medium term, both organically as through acquisitions. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Drive strategic direction: Shape global vision for the Global Service Line offering, ensuring alignment with the Energy Business Unit and Ramboll Group strategy
• Standardize service delivery: Enforce consistent delivery frameworks and standards across Geographies to maintain quality and efficiency
• Foster innovation: Promote the integration of new methodologies, tools, and practices to continuously improve the Global Service Line’s value proposition
• Knowledge-sharing and coordination: Lead cross-Geo forums to facilitate knowledge transfer and collaborative innovation among Global Service Line teams
• Own Global Competence Center (GCC) P&L: Full ownership of the GCC P&L, driving profitable growth within specialty
