Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an Air Logistics Specialist, you will support the USA Control Towers by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of priority package information within the logistics chain. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and providing high-level service to our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure data accuracy by analyzing, checking, adjusting, correcting, and entering data in systems.
  • Request package information from vendors and carriers, primarily through calls or internet tracking.
  • Follow up on issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Execute tasks in internal systems based on provided documentation and instructions.
  • Read and interpret documentation to seek necessary information.
  • Make decisions in case of task exceptions.
  • Collaborate closely with superiors and teammates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Communicate daily with KN colleagues via chat, email, or phone to clarify exceptions, mismatches, or issues.
  • The schedule we offer: Thursday to Monday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Training on-site, WFH.
