YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Knowledge of KN Quick processes, systems,operations, products, and services is a plus.
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
  • Problem-solving orientation.
  • Schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As an Air Logistics Specialist Safeguard, you will provide operational support and perform clerical tasks that aid business operations. You will be responsible for executing operational processes, maintaining quality and productivity targets, and supporting data analysis, improvements, and optimizations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and refine processes within the company system.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone or electroniccommunication.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve process issues.
  • Meet productivity and quality objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate and address problems withprocesses, executing improvement actions.
  • Provide operational support as needed.
  • Assist with the migration process by speeding uptraining and receiving new processes.
  • Support analysis of improvement points in processes,leadership, and optimization.
  • Follow established work instructions, guidelines and SOPs.
  • Comply with the company policy manual.
  • The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm Training on-site,WFH.
