Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As an HR Employee Services Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality HR services. You will be responsible for managing sensitive processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality. Your expertise will support various HR functions, including job offers, compensation changes, and employee data management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and approve bonus schemes and eligibility criteria.
  • Manage counter offers to retain top talent.
  • Record and manage job offers from external employers.
  • Create and approve internal job offers for current employees.
  • Update job titles and manage requisitions in the systems.
  • Handle authorized one-time payments and compensation changes.
  • Standardize and create General Release Agreements.
  • Update employee information in the systems.
  • Create new cost centers and reassign employees to new managers.
  • Implement urgent salary or compensation changes.
  • Lead and coordinate huddle boards and training plans.
  • Maintain daily productivity reports and communicate with the HRS Team Lead.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Process Specialists, and Team Leads.
