YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in multinational companies or shared service centers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Costa Rican labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Exactus) and MS Office.
  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy.
  • English proficiency: B2+ to C1 level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Experience in change management and process optimization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights using key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, satisfaction, promotion rate).
  • Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, terminations, and benefits administration.
  • Design and execute compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Support performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor laws and internal policies.
  • Promote internal communication, recognition, and participation programs aligned with our Great Place to Work strategy.
  • Collaborate on change management and organizational development projects.
