We are looking for a creative, social and commercially driven

Responsibilities
  • Independently plan and execute engaging weekly organic social media rollouts, ensuring alignment with global social media strategy
  • Coordinate, create and brief content for social media channels, produced both in-house as well as through use of external content creators
  • Support global influencer marketing activities, content coordination, influencer brief creation, seasonal gifting and sample management
  • Daily publishing in Marimekko’s organic SoMe channels
  • Daily management of Marimekko’s organic social community
  • Monitor and analyse content to ensure organic social media engagement and follower growth, in close collaboration with the Global Social media manager and the Global Influencer relations manager
  • Lead and develop Marimekko’s community management processes and strategies
  • Liaise with, and update local markets and other internal stakeholders about social media plans

    In order to succeed in the role, you have:

  • A relevant educational background in Marketing, Brand Management or Communication

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing and executing organic social media strategies and managing online communities.
  • A results-driven and commercial mindset and a strong sense of customer excellence
  • A creative and hands-on ability to ideate organic social media content concepts
  • Content creation and light video editing skills
  • A strong understanding of the global influencer landscape and hands-on experience from working with international influencer management (PR agency, Showroom, in-house or other relevant context)
  • The ability to prioritize work and lead projects independently
  • Great relationship building and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbal and written.
