YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business to Customer (B2C) social media marketing and content creation within the lifestyle sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in social media key performance indicators (KPIs), performance reporting, and strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media enterprise platforms.
  • Excellence in cross-functional team collaboration and communication.
  • Knowledge of footwear and lifestyle industry trends.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SHARED JOURNEY

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you’ll contribute to our mission by developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for ASICS’ SportStyle category.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Oversee social content lifecycle from briefings to performance reporting, ensuring seamless execution aligned with brand goals.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a cohesive social strategy for global relevance.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to create content that resonates with the target audience and enhances community connection.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights for continuous improvement and staying ahead of trends.
  • Establish best practices for emerging social channels, positioning ASICS as a leader in social media innovation.
  • Advocate for the enterprise social media platform, championing new features and educating stakeholders for strategic alignment.
