Description

The Global Social Media Specialist brings GHD’s voice to life across social platforms, combining creativity with a strategic mindset to shape how we engage our audiences and how they perceive us. This role leads the Social Media Authors Community and works across both organic and paid content, amplifying our people, projects, and perspectives. From shaping content to using AI and data to improve impact, to staying ahead of platform trends and emerging best practices, this role helps make social media a powerful channel for connection, visibility, and results. A strong passion for social media, curiosity, and an instinct for what works online are essential.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced level of English
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, including both organic and paid execution
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field) · Demonstrated experience managing social media content and campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms; hands-on experience with Google Search Ads is a strong advantage
  • Skilled in writing for B2B audiences across social platforms
  • Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for social media content creation and optimization
  • Understanding of performance marketing concepts including pipeline metrics and lead funnel stages
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, analyzing campaign data, and drawing actionable insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of content and campaigns
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
