WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are currently seeking a talented Solution Success Manager to join our team at BASF’s Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. You are responsible for the assessment, integration, and successful scaling of digital solutions developed through BASF’s AP AI Platform program.

  • You organize and lead events and workshops for knowledge transfer and building, considering higher authorities’ instructions and approvals, to evaluate, integrate, and scale digital solutions with global BASF participants and external partners.
  • You evaluate the outcomes of “proof-of-concept” initiatives through standardized and objective metrics. Furthermore, you will develop post-PoC plans to help stakeholders identify the best business or commercial models and the operational framework necessary for long-term product or service delivery.
  • You facilitate the regional integration of successful solutions aimed at achieving returns for BASF and positive NPS outcomes for partners and customers.
  • In addition, you manage a global database of ongoing AI Platform projects and activities to promote transparency and accelerate synergies; you regularly identify and develop stories highlighting positive outcomes for sharing both within and outside of BASF.
  • You will play an active role in modifying the AI roadmap and platform experience to reduce risk, enhance the utilization of ecosystems, and ultimately facilitate consistently greater successes as the program evolves.
  • Furthermore, you stay informed about and share your insights on key trends in technology, community development, and corporate-startup collaboration, while also taking calculated risks and advocating for innovative ideas.
