About the Role We’re looking for a Global Sourcing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and execution-driven environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end order execution for custom hardgoods and softgoods products—including items like polyresin, bobbleheads, and plush. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are developed, produced, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. View a sample product experience Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers based on cost, quality, and capability Lead supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQs, timelines, and trade-offs) Manage end-to-end product execution—from sourcing to production and final delivery Partner with Product Development and Design to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability Own supplier relationships and drive consistent performance and improvement Track production timelines and proactively mitigate risks, delays, or quality issues Calculate and validate landed costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and alignment to requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and internal stakeholders Monitor and report key metrics including delivery performance, cost savings, and supplier outputs What You Bring Experience & Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred) 2–6 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain operations Hands-on experience working directly with overseas suppliers (Asia/China sourcing experience strongly preferred) Proven track record in supplier negotiation and cost management Skills & Capabilities Strong sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation expertise Solid understanding of costing, including landed cost calculations Ability to interpret product specifications and manage production requirements Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments Effective communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for costing and tracking) Traits for Success Ownership mindset with strong accountability Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach Highly organized with strong time management skills Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, evolving environment What Success Looks Like Consistent on-time delivery of products aligned with quality standards Strong supplier partnerships driving reliability and cost efficiency Proactive risk management and seamless execution across multiple projects Continuous improvement in sourcing processes and performance metrics Join Us If you enjoy turning ideas into real-world products and excel in balancing strategy with execution, this is your opportunity to make a tangible impact while working with global partners and creative teams.
