Job Description Summary With a strong analytical & problem solving mindset, the global sourcing cost analytics leader will support the global & regional commodity teams to identify key areas of cost improvements. They will take on the challenge to collaborate with sourcing professionals from all around the world to help drive project margin expansion & cost competitivity across the board. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Develop insightful sourcing cost analytics to help identify cost out opportunities Support the development & sustain sourcing cost management processes : spend forecast, spend allocation, savings/losses consolidation Support the deployment of sourcing cost management tools Support root cause analysis exercises when cost leakages occur Collaborate with commercial teams to help them identify cost competitivity opportunities Required Qualifications 5-10 years experience required At least 3 years experience in a project oriented large industrial components industry Strong analytical skills, Tableau & Dataiku experience is a plus Candidates with experience in a commodity management role are preferred Candidates with Lean 6 sigma green belt certification are preferred Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering degree from leading school is required OMLP Graduates are most welcome to apply.
