Description
Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to deploy and maintain sourcing platforms (e.g., DCM, SSS, Ariba, spend analytics). Provide training, guidance, and support to international sourcing teams. Ensure sourcing activities comply with global policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Proven track record in process development, digital transformation, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Icertis) and data analytics platforms. Excellent communication, Change Management, Project Management and leadership abilities.
