Description

Successfully completed degree in business administration or a technical field, ideally with a focus on procurement, supply chain or packaging
Several years of experience in purchasing / procurement / sourcing, ideally in an international FMCG environment
Experience in supplier management and the development of strategic suppliers
Proven experience in price negotiations, cost optimization and sourcing
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as confidence in working with KPIs, forecasts, capacities and cost structures
Technical understanding and interest in packaging, materials and production processes
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as confidence even in critical supply situations
Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international and cross-functional environment
Very good Excel skills and confident use of MS Office
Very good German and English language skills
