REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; 5+ years of progressive work experience in global sourcing or sourcing related roles, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience and or training.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Leadership and management experience in private label sourcing and/or exclusive brands.
• Strong analytical skills and sense of curiosity, high sense of urgency, comfortable with ambiguity, polished influencing and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal/relationship-building skills.

These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
