Job Description Lead Worldwide Teams: Oversee four regional Spare Parts Competence Centers and drive global operational excellence. Deliver Results: Achieve ambitious financial and operational targets in a dynamic, international environment. Shape Strategy: Implement robust KPIs, optimize forecasting, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Foster Collaboration: Break down silos and build a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a high-performing global team, supporting innovation and flexibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years’ experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally in spare parts or industrial sectors. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with process optimization and operational excellence—Waste to Energy industry exposure is a plus. Fluency in English required.
