Overview As Global Staffing Director for the Global Client Pitch Hub you will manage the staffing transition ecosystem for new large and complex global clients. Working across all capabilities and brands within Publicis Groupe, you will play an integral part of the global transition offering that manage the onboarding of Global Media and Power Of One Clients. In leading the Global Client Pitch Hub, you will partner with Global Media’s Business Development Co-Leads in supporting talent strategy for global pitches, contributing to future-planning pitch activity, and ensuring talent readiness across markets. You will also lead talent-related initiatives linked to client transitions, including Learning & Development alignment, Global Mobility coordination, and the onboarding framework for new global client teams. Transitions usually last from 60-90 days. During this period of time, you will partner with the Global Client Lead to track & report ongoing hiring metrics, as well as ensuring overall smooth talent onboarding across all markets in NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. This includes supporting local country leaders and talent teams with; recruitment activation, talent related escalations and sourcing internal profiles to fill key/ critical positions. Responsibilities • Work closely with the global commercial and finance lead to ensure a consistent view of staffing at all levels (Global, Regional and Local) and across relevant stakeholders. This includes identifying and resolving any discrepancies. • Collaborate with the local, in country CEO’s, Capability Leads and the wider Talent community to ensure overall hiring success. As part of this you will set expectations, ensure recruitment activation and resolve any blockers or challenges that could pose a risk to meeting our hiring goals. From time to time this will also include supporting the arrangement of employee hosting via ICA’s.• Provide talent insights, workforce planning inputs and staffing feasibility assessments for global pitch teams, ensuring the Groupe can confidently scale talent solutions across multiple markets • Lead talent-related elements of client transition readiness, including coordination of Learning & Development support, onboarding frameworks and knowledge transfer processes• Work with Global Mobility teams to identify and deploy internal talent across markets where required, supporting rapid client onboarding and ensuring continuity of expertise• Develop and continuously improve the global onboarding experience for new client teams, aligning stakeholders across Talent, Operations and Client Leadership• Act as the central coordination point for talent activation during major client transitions, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, mobility and capability alignment are delivered seamlessly across regions• Manage end to end staffing data tracking and reporting and create and maintain bespoke hiring trackers for each client you onboard. • You will host regular talent connects and present hiring data back to the Client Lead, Senior Leadership and or Client directly in a visually appealing manner. This includes creating PowerPoint presentations, live dashboards (in PowerBi and Smart Sheets) and manipulating data in excel with pivots and charts.• Leverage internal resources within the network including ICIMS, Marcel and the team Mobility Talent Pool to identify key internal profiles who can support the account in the interim or longer term. As part of this, you will continuously network within the Groupe to understand which employees and leaders are seeking new challenges and/or global opportunities.• Collect and distribute preferred talent requests provided by the client including internal, external and from incumbent agencies.• Collaborate with business development, senior leadership and transitions team members to answer talent related questions required for potential Global Client pitches and or negotiations. Qualifications • Ideally you will have a talent background with experience in workforce planning, capacity management or recruitment.• Significant previous experience of working with and influencing very senior and/or challenging stakeholders is essential. • Experience in working with large amounts of data (such as employee or finance related) with the ability to manipulate it, to pick out and identify trends.• Experience in coordinating or project managing large scale projects globally/ regionally or over multiple time zones.• The ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks and confidently present to senior leaders and or the client either remotely or in person.• Working knowledge of platforms Publicis platforms including ICIMS, Marcel, Career settings, MS Teams, Sharepoint/LionBox• The ability to effortlessly manage multiple stakeholders, setting expectations and prioritise numerous urgent tasks.
