Description

We’re looking for an exceptional Global Strategic Marketing & Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Team. The successful candidate for this position could be based within Europe, or the USA, with national, or international travel as required. The Global Strategic Marketing & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in the overall marketing strategy development of CMR Surgical. This analytic driven role will drive decision making across product development, downstream marketing, sales training, pricing, business model and go market and market entry strategies. Using deep market and data analysis to inform and guide high-level marketing strategies, this role will be responsible for leveraging insights from customers, market research, internal and external metrics, and market trends to make data-driven decisions that optimize Versius’ presence in the market. The role will be responsible for utilizing deep data analysis to identify key opportunities and drive business growth. The role will be pivotal in competitive intelligence and review of market trends to ensure CMR is at the forefront of the market.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyse market data to develop actionable insights for product management, business model development, competitive intelligence, market positioning, and market entry.
  • Gain deep market knowledge to define market entry and exit strategies, to maximize global impact of Versius, factoring regional ROI, competition, market attractiveness, and business priorities.
  • Develop metric based analysis for product launch effectiveness, ROI and impact.

Strategy Development

  • In conjunction with commercial operations and marketing teams, develop global business models to drive Versius adoption, meet market needs, increase revenue and showcase customer ROI’s.
  • Define market needs as well as gaps in exiting portfolio with deep market analysis across robotic surgery to inform product development pathways.

Program Development

  • Define capital and clinical success benchmarks and measures to drive commercial effectiveness and strategic initiatives
  • In coordination with Medical Education define training metrics for customer education to maximize value of programs and impact on utilization.
  • In coordination with Sales Operations, Commercial and Sales Training, define and execute effectiveness measures for sales training programs.

KOL Management

  • In coordination with marketing, technology and medical education colleagues, gain deep KOL insights to inform development of commercial strategic advisory boards to advance global the development, impact and adoption of Versius.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the budget for upstream marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

We’re a rapidly developing company and roles can change and evolve. You’ll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Marketing remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

  • Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in the MedTech sector; with marketing experience in a global business environment and in clinical settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for shaping the market changing the standard of minimally invasive surgery and driving business growth.
  • Experience leading market analysis, competitive intelligence, and deep market analytics
  • Ability to think creatively and pragmatically and convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the decision making across marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills to collaborate with local market and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments, and build and maintain extensive KOL networks.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary.
  • Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success
