Join the Office of the VP Global Supply Chain and gain a combination of executive‑level exposure and hands‑on operational experience. This internship is designed to provide insight into how global supply chains are led, coordinated, and continuously improved — combining strategic portfolio work with short, focused operational rotations across core SCM functions. About the Role As Global Supply Chain Management Intern, you will work directly with the VP Global Supply Chain, supporting executive initiatives, communications, and performance insights while developing a practical understanding of how global and local supply chains actually run. The role combines structured exposure to senior leadership decision‑making with defined project ownership and measured operational immersion. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support & Initiative Management Maintain and administer the VP Global Supply Chain Initiative Stack — a curated set of strategic initiatives requiring executive attention, coordination, and follow‑through. Draft, refine, and format executive‑ready documents, decks, and briefs. Support alignment across senior stakeholders through clear communication assets and lightweight tracking tools. 2. Analytics, Dashboards & Performance Insights Consolidate and interpret monthly SCM performance data from multiple global dashboards. Prepare concise executive summaries to ensure emerging risks, trends, and cross‑network themes receive timely VP visibility. Provide interpretation and framing of insights (without KPI ownership). 3. Signature Project Ownership Own one to two Signature Projects during the internship (e.g., digital capability assessments, process simplification pilots, or focused analytical deep dives). Present findings and recommendations directly to the VP Global Supply Chain and relevant leadership teams, with clear attribution and ownership. 4. Operational Exposure (Rotational Element) Complete short rotations (2–4 weeks) within selected SCM functions, such as planning, logistics, manufacturing interface, or customer operations. Support small‑scale, actionable improvements defined by host managers. Feed operational insights back into VP‑level summaries and initiative discussions. What the Intern Gains A clear understanding of modern global supply chain leadership First‑hand experience in executive‑level initiative management Practical grounding in day‑to‑day global supply chain operations Ownership of one or more Signature Projects A refined sense of professional standards and leadership expectations Qualifications Education Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in business, supply chain, engineering, economics, data science, or a related field. Strong academic foundation and international exposure preferred (e.g., IB Diploma top‑quartile performance or equivalent). Skills & Attributes Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize insights for senior audiences. Comfortable engaging with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, global organization. Proactive, structured, and curious across both strategic and operational topics. High cultural fluency and professional maturity.
