ABOUT THE ROLE
A high-profile role within the global supply finance organization based out of Reckitt UK Head Quarter, working within a world-class high performing team and taking full ownership of the Global Supply Chain FP&A activities.
You will act as a bridge between the respective Business Segments, Manufacturing Sites, Procurement and Supply Services. They will bring clarity on the numbers with clear understanding of the underlying drivers.
Supporting Global Supply FP&A Director and Global Supply Finance VP on monthly reporting, annual planning, and quarterly forecasting.
Owning the global supply calendar & operating model; drive uniform reporting within Supply; lead the group consolidation and work closely with the Supply COE. As such we are seeking a commercially minded, pragmatic and enthusiastic Finance Leader who can seamlessly partner with our Regional Supply Finance Teams, Global Finance (FP&A) and operations teams to deliver robust reporting on Group Supply performance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Driving monthly Supply performance reviews with management - Prepare and present accurate the Group Supply Monthly Financial Results with sharp insights, and major variances well explained and a zoom in on key issues.
-Executive reporting - Produce Management friendly reports on overall Supply performance for Supply Finance VP, CSO and GEC.
-Annual Planning & Forecasting - Lead planning and forecasting cycles by setting the global supply calendar, providing instructions and COGS guidance. They will define and own the forecasting template and deck at factory, region and group.
-Actively drive Global Supply CFC management - Drive monthly Supply CFC reviews with respective budget holders. Business Partner with Global Supply to understand results and projections, Risks and Ops. They will lead the monthly reporting on time and accurately.
Supporting stakeholders on ad hoc information - cross functionally collaborate outside of Supply (Regional FP&A, Group FP&A, Category Finance, Finance Shared Services), on Supply related topics
