If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you. Lucid Motors is seeking a Global Supply Manager to support strategic sourcing for Interior systems and components. This role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving commercial negotiations to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Finance, and Supplier Quality to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that align with program timelines. You Will: Support strategic sourcing initiatives for Interior commodities (e.g., seats, trim, cockpit modules). Prepare and issue RFQs/RFIs, analyze supplier proposals, and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders. Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, tooling, and non-recurring engineering (NRE) costs. Assist in contract development and ensure compliance with Lucid’s terms and conditions. Manage purchase order issuance for prototype and production tooling. Track supplier performance and escalate risks related to delivery, quality, or cost. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply challenges and support continuous improvement. Provide regular updates on sourcing status and cost tracking. Travel up to 10–20% for supplier visits and program reviews. You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance. 3+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing for mechanical/electrical components. Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle, including RFQ/RFI processes and cost analysis. Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships. Familiarity with product development cycles and quality systems. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent). Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.) By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Notice.
