ABOUT THE ROLE

A fantastic opportunity to join our Global Supply Planning team. This role is responsible for managing the supply of our exciting brands which include No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, Sleek and Botanics brands from our Global network of suppliers.
Reporting to the Global Supply Planning Director, your role will to lead a team of Supply Planners to determine the best way to fulfil the customer requirements created from our demand plan, working with our vendor base to drive world class availability whilst meeting financial commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coach a team of supply planners responsible for short, medium and long-term planning to maximize stock availability, optimize inventory and deliver financial commitments
• Lead monthly supply review within the S&OP business process, focussing on supportability of global demand plan by Brand and by region, highlighting constraints and choices
• Influence key stakeholders responsible for introducing new and exciting products into the No7 Beauty company portfolio in order to drive flexibility, reactivity and reliability within the supply chain
• Own the inventory plan, ensuring that our inventory meets financials targets, provide projections and take lead on continuous improvement projects to drive inventory optimisation & maximise availability
• Part of the Supply Chain Extended Leadership Team, you will work hand in hand with internal and external teams to ensure excellence in operational execution
• Improve the health of inventory through driving action to reduce and clear Excess & Obsolete stocks
• Developing relationships, actively collaborate & challenge vendor performance to drive availability.
