We’re looking for a driven Global Support Associate to support Swedish-speaking workers throughout Europe. You’ll primarily handle customer tickets via email, chat, and phone. Your goal is to assist customers, collaborate with the team to build scalable solutions, quickly adapt to digital tools, and proactively solve issues, delivering a smooth, world-class experience.
