Key Responsibilities: Assist with job postings, resume/CV screening, and initial candidate outreach. Arrange and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Participate in the planning and execution of recruiting events, such as online job fairs. Collect and analyze recruitment data to support hiring strategies. Maintain the candidate database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document organization and report preparation. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong interest and enthusiasm for international recruitment in the financial industry. Strong organizational and planning abilities, with effective time and task management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Availability to work at least four days per week. Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
