Job Description Work with Appier's leaders to advise and support the business' priority talent needs internationally and locally. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent. Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep up with industry knowledge and talent market news. Respond quickly to the market changes accordingly. Requirements 2-3 years of professional work experience. 2 years of end to end recruitment support in a fast-paced environment. Recruiting leadership experience is plus but not a must. Experience engaging overseas candidates and senior level candidates. Thrive in navigating ambiguity in a high growth, and dynamic environment. Native or near native proficiency in English. High level of professionalism and integrity. Additional Language skill would be a plus. #LI-RL1
Responsibilities
This role involves advising and supporting business leaders on priority talent needs both internationally and locally, requiring the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract necessary talent. The partner will also manage the entire candidate journey while staying informed about industry knowledge and adapting quickly to market changes.
