- Create and execute an active sourcing strategy in partnership with our recruiters and line managers
- Identify, engage and win suitable candidates
- Bring creativity to sourcing and think beyond available standard tools to attract talents for brands like NIVEA, Eucerin or Hansaplast
- Take part in various projects to strengthen Beiersdorf’s employer brand and the candidate experience in the global market
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and contribute to our growing talent pool
