GLOBAL TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Are you a recruiter who thrives in building, improving, and driving impact, not just filling roles? We’re looking for a hands-on Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire talent globally.
You’ll work independently to drive full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from niche technical experts to senior leadership — while also contributing to projects that elevate our Talent Acquisition function. If you’re passionate about modern recruiting, eager to bring fresh ideas, and excited to help build something new, we want to hear from you.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • Several years of international recruitment experience (agency or in-house), experience hiring in the automation, or engineering sectors is a plus
  • Strong sourcing skills and a proven track record of filling senior or hard-to-fill roles
  • Interest in or experience with supporting TA processes, analytics, or employer branding initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Fluent English; German or other languages are a plus
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, sourcing plugins, GenAI tools, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent across global markets using modern tools and creative sourcing strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing
  • Recruit across all levels, including leadership and niche technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, shape hiring strategies, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences
  • Contribute to and drive Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, such as process optimization, tools implementation, or employer branding
  • Help build and scale efficient, data-driven, and candidate-friendly recruitment practices
