You will act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, with a clear view of succession pipelines and leadership readiness, playing a pivotal role in identifying and developing the next generation of leaders. You are comfortable to be the go-to person for employees, management and other internal & external stakeholders on all talent-related matters. You will represent Nutreco in the relevant communities within the SHV group of companies.

  • Demonstrated experience living and/or working in different countries, with a strong understanding of cultural dynamics.
  • A track record of working across multiple industries or business domains, bringing diverse perspectives to talent strategy.
  • Deep expertise in at least two core HR disciplines, such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-country projects or transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 5 or more, with a focus on collaboration, empowerment, and performance.
