Responsibilities:
As our new Global Talent Management Consultant, you will shape and drive talent and career development initiatives to empower managers and employees to high performance and advancing their careers. You will be part of Leadership and Career Development team which consists of four people that provide integrated approach to talent management, career growth and leadership development. We are responsible for career development framework, Performance management, Talent Review and Succession processes, High-Potential development, and Leadership Development. We are part of Global Centre of Excellence Talent Management that has the ambition to offer a holistic and impactful Talent experience for leaders, employees, and HR. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design, manage, and continuously improve global talent management processes, including Performance and Development Process, Talent Review and Succession Planning, by overseeing annual planning, communication, training, material, system set-up (Workday), analytics, while engaging with HR and non-HR stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain and continuously innovate Ramboll’s career philosophy and tools, and promote career development initiatives across the company
- As process owner and subject matter expert, collaborate closely with different HR functions and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and consistent execution and improvement of processes.
- Support communication, reporting and documentation efforts within entire CoE Talent Management, including newsletters, internal webpages, Teams channels, presentations to key stakeholders
- Represent Talent Management in global initiatives within M&A and projects such as Pay Transparency or Strategic Workforce Planning, and take on other relevant tasks and projects as needed.
