Now, we’re growing our network across the EUROPE region and looking for a Global Talent Partner (freelance) — someone with strong knowledge of the EU and UK markets, based anywhere in EUROPE. As part of our global team, you’ll work with international clients, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and bring your own local expertise into a truly global environment. What you’ll do: Manage sourcing, screening, and shortlisting processes for diverse roles. Communicate directly with clients and hiring managers. Use modern tools and ATS platforms to ensure smooth recruitment workflows. Collaborate with a global team that values agility, insight, and human connection. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house). Strong English communication skills. Experience hiring for tech, commercial, or operations roles. A proactive, curious mindset — someone who thrives in remote, multicultural teams.
