Description
The Global Tax Controller is responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the global tax position of the Delta Galil Group. This role ensures full compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements across all jurisdictions, drives process efficiency, supports strategic tax planning, and partners closely with finance leaders worldwide. 1. Global Tax Compliance & Reporting Lead the global tax accounting process, including quarterly and annual tax provisions under IFRS. Manage the consolidation of global tax reporting for Group financial statements. Coordinate tax compliance activities with external advisors and local finance teams. 2. Israeli Corporate Tax, VAT, and Local Compliance Oversight Lead all Israeli tax matters for the parent company, ensuring full compliance with local corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations. Oversee preparation and review of annual Israeli tax returns, withholding tax filings, tax calculations, and supporting documentation. 4. Transfer Pricing Oversight Coordinate global transfer pricing policies, documentation, benchmarking, and annual compliance. Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure alignment with tax regulations and business models. Lead transfer-pricing–related reviews, audits, and planning initiatives. 5. Tax Governance, Control & Risk Management Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and processes for global tax operations. Establish Group-wide tax policies, procedures, and frameworks ensuring consistent compliance. Requirements Qualifications & Experience CPA. Minimum 6 years of progressive tax experience in a multinational company or Big 4 firm. Strong knowledge of international tax concepts, transfer pricing, and tax accounting (IAS 12 / ASC 740). Experience managing tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and operate in a complex global environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge in Pillar 2 tax regime is highly preferred.
