ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Team Lead for Country Analytics will be responsible for overseeing a team of analytics engineers focused on delivering data products and solutions to support our 15 country analytics teams. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, leading data projects, and driving the design of scalable data architectures. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, combined with technical expertise with excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration and deliver impactful results.

• Lead and manage a team of analytics engineers, providing guidance on project priorities, technical challenges, and professional development.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in across the countries to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage the community of Country Analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing, and adoption of global best practices
• Design and implement global data tools, integrating multiple sources to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Drive implementation of global programs and migrations
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication between engineering, sales, and partner teams.
