As a Global Threat Intelligence Analyst (GTIA), you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients people, property, and operations worldwide. Working within the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you’ll monitor emerging threats, assess risks, and respond to incidents to ensure business continuity and employee safety. This position demands sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, and emergency services. The Global Threat Intelligence Analyst (GTIA) will be responsible for identifying and escalating impactful incidents, conducting employee wellness checks, and creating timely advisories that keep stakeholders informed. Beyond incident response, you’ll support travel risk workflows, maintain office risk assessments, and produce accurate reports that drive informed decision-making. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll deliver high-touch customer care during critical situations while upholding the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where your ability to think as a Global Threat Intelligence Analyst (GTIA) critically, act decisively, and collaborate across diverse teams will directly contribute to the safety and resilience of our global operations. Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Identify pertinent events/incidents that are impactful to local customer business operations and/or employee safety. This process involves recognition, verification, and notification of incidents/events to appropriate Customer Local Company personnel Identify location of Customer Local Company personnel. This includes producing a list of impacted personnel in the event of an incident or preparing a complete roster ahead of a country evacuation Create accurate advisories of pertinent events with timeliness of dissemination, and ability to include all relevant parties/distros. Create advisories that effectively communicate the most pertinent information regarding an ongoing or upcoming event Verify the well-being of Customer Local Company employees potentially affected by an incident. Includes direct phone calls, slacks, or Vismo communications to confirm safety Professionally, quickly, and compassionately handle calls/Slack messages reporting security/safety events, including P0 incidents, protesters, harassment/assault (onsite/offsite), weather warnings, outages, unauthorised access. Perform follow-ups, as necessary Create Event Reports (ERs) for any events and incidents that may require further action or Ensure ERs are in a timely fashion and include accurate and to support event and investigations and avoid delays Supporting travel risk workflows, including triage and escalation of high-risk travel bookings Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
