• 3+ years of experience in trade compliance or international logistics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our import/export operations, helping us navigate complex regulations, streamline documentation, and ensure compliance across borders. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-performance solutions to industries that shape the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and bills of lading
• Monitor and report on trade activities to maintain compliance with international regulations
• Support duty drawback and value reconciliation programs
• Conduct intercompany audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on trade requirements
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and help implement updates across the organization
• Contribute to the development of trade policies and procedures
• Provide timely support on trade compliance topics
• Participate in strategic projects such as CTPAT, FTZ, and in-bond warehouse operations
