  • Master’s degree in economics or marketing (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing/brand management/trade marketing, preferably in the beauty- or FMCG industry
  • A team-player with a strong and enthusiastic personality, high level of energy & motivation

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, solution-oriented working style

Responsibilities
  • In a very international working environment, develop Trade Marketing, activation and PR strategies for the Henkel Consumer Brands Brand STMNT Grooming Goods that support sustainable and profitable growth and achieve the company goals/targets
  • Project lead for the global roll-out of the brands trade marketing support, develop physical and digital POS materials and help activate the brand online and offline
  • In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and the e-commerce team, create and supervise digital media and e-commerce communication of the brand
  • Together with the brand-management team plan and realize brand events and PR activities and steer influencer and testimonial cooperations
  • Conduct market research and scoping of new market potentials to identify long-term marketing opportunities and develop strategies and plans for the brand
