JOB DESCRIPTION

Become a part of our strong Group Treasury team by joining the TRATON Global Trainee Program from September 1st, 2025. During the 15 months program you will contribute to the strategic transformation and operational excellence of TRATON GROUP.

YOUR SKILLS

/ Successfully completed master’s degree with excellent academic performance, experience in Treasury, Controlling or Accounting is an advantage
/ You are highly engaged and committed, self-driven, open-minded, reliable and flexible; you are motivated by the idea to contribute to TRATON’s journey
/ You share TRATON’s values, and you are a team player with strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills
/ You have international experience and willingness to travel & live abroad
/ Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German is an advantage

/ Fostering the creation of an international Group Treasury department
/ Driving cross-brand collaboration in all Treasury aspects forward
/ Supporting actively the digital transformation of processes within Treasury
/ Conducting alignments among corporate functions (e.g. Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations)
/ Continuously improving existing methods, processes and standards for the TRATON GROUP
