We are seeking a passionate and experienced Global Training Lead to elevate our training initiatives to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will drive the transformation of our customer training and onboarding processes, directly contributing to our strategic goal of making these efforts a standout differentiator in the market. The Global Training Lead will oversee the implementation and management of our newly acquired Attensi training platform, ensuring its processes, content, and methodology are both effective and aligned with our strategic goals. At Sensio, our philosophy goes beyond training customers to use our services—we aim to empower them to leverage the technology to work differently and more efficiently. To achieve this, Sensio has developed a customized “digital-first” training package based on the ADKAR model, designed to guide organizations through successful change. All content created for the Attensi platform and our overall training methodology should reflect this digital-first mindset, enabling us to deliver the concept efficiently on a large, global scale.
Success in this role means achieving widespread utilization of the Attensi platform across all customers, effectively delivering digital-first change management at scale. Sensio consistently receives high customer ratings for training and onboarding across all geographies, positioning this as a unique selling point in the market. As our Global Training Lead, you’ll play a key role in achieving these ambitious goals, reporting directly to the COO.
